New Work

I'm preparing for an exhibition in the Global Gallery in Paddington, Sydney this coming June (2012). The exhibition is called Songs For Sydney and will comprise work from four artists - Carol Rowling (Western Australia), Keith Morant (New Zealand) and Olivia Alexander (Wollongong) and myself.

The story I’ve chosen to tell is about the gods singing a different tune when they come to Sydney. My interpretations are very loose – as are the myths and powers associated with each of the gods and as each work develops so does my story. My Venus is not so coy on Bondi Beach and Apollo just has to have another look as he races his chariot over Sydney Harbour.
